How do I remove ads?
Purchase the Premium Unlock from the in-app store — a one-time $3.99 purchase that removes ads permanently and unlocks additional features.
I purchased Premium but it's not showing up. What do I do?
Try restarting the app first. If the issue persists, email us at the address above with your purchase receipt (found in your App Store account under Purchase History) and we'll help sort it out.
How do hints work?
Tap the Hint button during a puzzle to reveal a correct number. Non-Premium users will see a short ad before receiving a hint.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us a description of what happened, and if possible, a screenshot — we read every message and appreciate the help improving the app.
